Effective September 20, 2026. The short version: the estimator plans, the quote binds — and only when signed.
Every dollar figure produced by the project estimator is a rough planning range for budgeting purposes only. It is not an offer, not a bid, and not a binding quote. Actual project costs depend on site conditions, material selections, permit requirements, and contractor pricing, and may fall outside the estimated range.
A detailed quote requested through this site is prepared after your project details are reviewed. A quote becomes binding only when both parties sign a written agreement referencing it. Until then, all figures are estimates subject to change.
By submitting a form, you confirm the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you agree to be contacted about your project at the contact details you provide.
